KSSA Event Entry & Refund Policy
KSSA requires all who wish to attend an event to enter and pay via the website by the deadline shown on the event webpage. This enables KSSA to plan safety cover, coaches and food at the host club. Family Membership forms should be filled in, submitted and paid for securely via the website.
For payment of membership and events our Refund Policy is as follows:
- A sailor must be a member of KSSA to be able to attend an event. There is no refund for membership once paid. Membership is valid for the period 1st Jan to 31st December.
- If you have entered and paid for an event and are unable to attend the event. If you notify us prior to 10AM on the day before the event repayment of the full entry fees paid will be made within 10 days of the event.
- If you have entered and paid for an event and are unable to attend the event. If you do not advise us prior to 10AM on the day before the event, then no entry fees will be refunded.
- If the Committee cancels an event, repayment of the full amount will be made within 10 days of the event.
- Errors to payments made via the website should be highlighted to the treasurer with details of sailor’s name and amounts so that re-payment can be arranged.
